Both Nathan & Amie are real professionals: quotes are done promptly, they are up front with real delivery and install dates and then stick to them, and they ensure that complete and accurate documentation on the installed system is provided. Our system has run faultlessly since installed by Nathan, & I am sure that this is in no small part due to the fact that All Natural Energy recommends and installs competency of the highest quality. There are a lot of suppliers out there with packages that seem unbelievably cheap, but before rushing to purchase check out where the equipment is from, who the manufacture is, and who will actually install & maintain the system. As in all things you get what you pay for. If you want a system that will last decades then you need to buy panels and gear that have been proven reliable over many years in harsh Australian conditions. With climate change concerns we decided in 2006 an investment in PV cells would be a contribution to the future of our children & grandchildren. We wanted a fully approved system so contacted 6 reputable suppliers & asked them for quotes for a simple grid connected system as well as a system with battery back-up. We live in an area with a significant number of power failures & were keen to overcome this problem. 5 of them visited our home & 4 gave quotes. All Natural Energy were the only supplier able to supply the battery back-up & their quotes for the simple grid connected system was similar in cost to the other quotes. We were also impressed by the professional way All Natural Energy were willing to handle the situation.

Their quote included organizing for a certified meter installed to install the Sunpower meter, liaise with Integral Energy to get all the approvals, do all the paperwork for the rebates & setup the system to my satisfaction. We now have a system that is satisfying approx 40% of out total electricity needs and the battery back-up will supply our essential electricity needs in the home indefinitely, & without us being aware of a power failure. We are partially funded pensioners and when looking at this investment has no difficulty in justifying it.
